WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER WILL DELIVER MY ORDER? Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You will be notified of the carrier in your tracking email once your label is created.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS — CAN I UPDATE IT?If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address.

If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to reach out to the carrier (USPS or UPS) to attempt a redirection.If the package is returned to us, we’ll reach out and re-ship it to your updated address.
