ORDERS & SHIPPING

In some cases, shipping labels are generated before the order is physically shipped. This may occur during periods of high demand.

Please allow the standard shipping time listed in the product description for tracking updates to reflect movement.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You will be notified of the carrier in your tracking email once your label is created.

Orders are typically shipped separately. However, we may combine them to expedite shipping. If this happens, the shipping fees from both orders may be applied toward the cost of the new shipping label and fulfillment process.

If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address.

If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to reach out to the carrier (USPS or UPS) to attempt a redirection.
If the package is returned to us, we’ll reach out and re-ship it to your updated address. 

FAQ

Yes, all sales are final. We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this applies to your order, please contact our customer service team at support@jokerbrand.com and we’ll be happy to help.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges vary by destination and are not included at checkout.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. If customs fees are applied, the customer is responsible for payment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been submitted. Our warehouse begins processing orders immediately to ensure timely fulfillment, and we’re unable to disrupt that workflow.

If you saw an order confirmation page with your order number and receipt after checkout, your order was successful.

If you didn’t receive an email, it’s possible the wrong email was entered at checkout. Please email support@jokerbrand.com  with:

•Your full name•The date the order was placed
